Recipe Vasilis Leonidou Yogurt with dates extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients for 1-2 pax


  • 200 gr fresh sheep and goat yogurt

  • 4 royal dates

  • 3-4 dried cranberries

  • 2-3 fresh Greek raspberries

  • 2-3 fresh Greek blackberries

  • 1 small orange cut in cubes

  • ¼ pomegranate

  • 1 tspn sunflower seeds cleaned

  • 1 tspn fresh raw almond fillet

  • 1 tspn hydrated chia seeds

  • ½ tspn ground turmeric

  • ½ tspn ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tspn red pepper

  • 1 tbsp thyme honey

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil of Athinolia variety

  • Fresh mint

Execution


Cut the dates after removing the seeds and add to a bowl with the cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, pomegranate, sunflower seeds, almond fillet and orange.

Then mix the yogurt to get a more creamy texture and add it to the bowl. Sprinkle with chia seeds, turmeric, cinnamon and red pepper and add honey.

Finish the dish by sprinkling with extra virgin olive oil of Athinolia variety and chopped mint.
