The family\u2019s passion for the art of olive cultivation incorporates traditional knowledge and practices in combination with modern methods of cultivation and oil extraction, always remaining committed to the production of excellent quality extra virgin olive oil. To this end and with a view of creating a fully vertical unit to control the entire production process, they created a modern olive mill with PIERALISI equipment with Protoreattore, of a maximum temperature of 25o C. The conventional cultivation method is applied in the olive groves with special attention to the use of pesticides as in the area a large part of the production of olive oil and table olives, for the most part Chalkidiki variety for which it is famous for, follows the method of precision agriculture under the guidance of the American School of Agriculture, which is the most appropriate tool for the sustainable management of production and the rural environment.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"description-paragraph\">Harvesting begins in early October and is carried out exclusively by mechanical methods, thus ensuring the integrity of the fruit. The fruit is then transported directly to the privately owned olive mill for the extraction procedure, direct filtering, and storage in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature conditions with the addition of nitrogen, which is also applied during bottling, ensuring the excellent quality and shelf life of the final product.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"description-paragraph\">The variety cultivated for the production of <strong>Agriston Argilos I Early\u00a0<\/strong> is Chalkidiki.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The extra virgin olive oil <strong>Agriston Argilos I Early<\/strong> is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from the Chalkidiki variety.
