Vegetable salad flavored with extra virgin olive oil


Hot or cold vegetable salad flavored with extra virgin olive oil, vegetable salad, chef, Giannis Apostolakis

Ingredients for 1-2 pax


  • 200 gr. spinach

  • 100 gr. zucchini

  • 100 gr. potatoes

  • 80 gr. carrots

  • 1 fennel

  • 2 tbsp parsley

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (Kolovi or Makri variety)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt

Execution


Heat the spinach and place it on a plate.

Boil the potatoes and the other vegetables for a few minutes until crisp and add them to the spinach dish. Pour in extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, parsley and salt.

The variety of olive oil we choose will add a different flavor to our dish.
