Eirini Plomariou Organic EVOO: The award winning unfiltered Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Eirini Plomariou is a unique product due to its method of cultivation and its complex flavors and olfactory impressions which are particular to the Kolovi variety. Early olive harvest coupled with a meticulous oil extraction procedure, storage and bottling are key in distinguishing its complex medium fruity aromas of freshly cut grass, herbs, artichoke and bitter almond as well as a medium intensity of spicy and bitter taste.

Olvia Green Organic EVOO: Tzortzis’ Family Olvia Green Oganic EVOO is an award winning blend of organic early harvest extra virgin olive oil produced from the Adramytini and Kolovi varieties. The particular way of cultivation as well as the limited quantity produced, award unique characteristics such as high levels of polyphenols and balance in its organoleptic properties like a medium to intense fruity aroma of freshly cut grass, flowers, peppers and green banana and a delicate bitter and medium spicy flavour.

Ol’eve Early Harvest Organic EVOO: Ol’eve Early Harvest Organic EVOO is a monovarietal organic extra virgin olive oil from the indigenous Kolovi variety. The model ecosystem as well as the passion of the people who created it, contribute decisively to the organoleptic profile of the product, transporting us through a delicious experience, starting from the intense fruity aroma of freshly cut grass and artichoke, which culminates in the mouth with a moderately bitter and a moderate to intense spicy element with elegant notes of raw nuts, giving it character and leaving a gentle imprint that discreetly escapes from our palette.

Mix & Match Aegean Lesvos, also known as Mytilene, after its capital, is the third largest island in Greece, in the northeastern Aegean. It is a fertile island, wooded, with intense landscape alterations, where olive cultivation is one of the main occupations of the inhabitants as it is one of the largest olive growing areas in the country. The unique climate of the island, the limestone soil that hosts various species of plants and herbs and their coexistence with olive trees, create the appropriate conditions for the production of olive oil with exceptional organoleptic characteristics. On the island, the main varieties cultivated are Kolovi and Adramytini. In the southern and southeastern part of the island, where the Kolovi variety is cultivated almost uniquely, Eirini Plomariou Organic EVOO is produced, with a strong fruity aroma characteristic of the specific variety and a balanced bitter and spicy taste. In the northern and northeastern part of the island, overlooking the bay of Adramytio on the opposite coast of Asia Minor, from where it was transplanted to Lesvos, the Adramytini variety is cultivated, giving us Olvia Green Organic EVOO, a blend of the two main varieties of the island, with Adramytini being the most prevalent. The combination of the Adramytini and Kolovi varieties produces rich fruity aromas and mild to medium bitter and spicy notes. In the western part of Lesvos, located at a short distance from the shores of the Aegean Sea, Ol’eve Early Harvest Organic EVOO is produced, a monovarietal organic extra virgin olive oil from the indigenous Kolovi variety.
