Ingredients for 1-2 pax

1-2 tomatoes or a few cherry tomatoes

1 cucumber, sliced

1 pepper (green or red or mixed) cut into rings

50 -70 gr. feta cheese

Kalamon olives, onion, capper, a few purslane leaves

4-5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (Koroneiki or Nemoutiana variety)

Salt, oregano
